Ideae Solutions founder, Oliver, is a Chartered Professional Geologist. Certified Scrum Master, Product Owner and a Lean Six Sigma practitioner. With over 20 years experience across geoscience, operations and digital transformation globally and in WA's mining sector.
Before founding Ideae Solutions, Oliver spent a decade in senior advisory and leadership roles at Rio Tinto and Fortescue. He was the Product Owner for Rio Tinto's Digital Delivery Framework, personally leading programs that delivered $90M+ USD in verified digital savings and building a business improvement platform adopted across 17,000 people globally, saving $73M+ AUD.
